We had an appointment at 7 pm on Friday evening. She forgot about us. We drove 4 hours for girls weekend. She didn't try to make it up to us. I am very disappointed and that was very unprofessional.

The owner was so sweet and stayed past closing time to take our photos. She was very helpful, professional and fun. We got some great pictures to take home to Florida to remember our trip out West and take us back in time! Weve been thinking about getting these type of photos at home, but doing it in Cody was more fun! Thanks for the fun! Gigi and Alex

We were excited to have these cool pictures taken and when we came in, it was obvious we were an inconvenience. Then, the backdrop we were hoping for ( the mountains ) was out of service. The girl was not very friendly. After we looked at the pictures she took, we had several mistakes in the pictures. The back of my clothing was evident and another person's face was very shadowed. She said she would fix the mistakes... which she did not. This is very irritating, since these pictures were NOT cheap ! We paid $250. Now we will find someone else to fix them for us. I would NOT recommend this photo gallery. Cindy Worrells
