        Not accommodating at all. We were on vacation when we experienced car trouble. Knew where nothing was located. Called Budget asked if they could get car to us, no. Enterprise would. Had to arrange a ride. Upon returning it waited half hour for someone to show up because I didn't trust them to refund my money which was reserved for 3 days but only used 1. Agent was rude AND $200 for 1 day is ridiculous
