Great company. They have been doing this for years and it shows. We needed a blind for a really odd size window. No problem we can get it for you. Installation was super quick. We will use them again!

I absolutely REGRET choosing this particular local business for my window covering needs! I don't know if Keith is overdo for retirement, or simply doesn't care; but the customer service is nonexistent! Keith told me my blinds would take about 3 weeks, but after 3 weeks he never called me...I had to call him. Ultimately, he measured one window incorrectly, lost one blind somewhere between the shop and my home (which meant having to reorder and wait another 3 weeks), the new blind is not the right product, and he ordered the wrong setup for my sliding glass door panel shade. It has now been over 9 weeks and I still only have ONE window covered with the correct shade, in the right color, that fits properly. What a nightmare...will it ever end?

So far this company has ordered the wrong products, lost one of my shades, and measured incorrectly. Basically, they just don't seem to care! There is NO customer service whatsoever! This was suppose to be a three (3) week project, but it has been over nine (9) weeks and I still only have half of my order in place!
