I came in for Covid testing after losing my taste and smell (which ended up being negative). The whole experience was wonderful. I did not feel the appointment was rushed at all. But, I was through my appointment before I could get the initial paperwork done. I got a call back on my result before I got halfway home. The facility looked ultra-clean. All their equipment looked new and top of the line. The staff knew their roles well. Top notch service and I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Color me impressed! Will definitely go here again.

I drive across town to go here for myself and my kids. We've seen everyone and they've all done an exceptional job. In the last two months we've been here for the flu and ear infections and have seen Robin for all of them. This last time my kiddo who is autistic and nonverbal was seen and Robin was incredibly patient and used a combination of verbal and nonverbal methods of communication with my daughter to let her know what was going on before taking a look. Usually doctors just try to be quick when she needs an examination. My daughter still wasn't a fan, but it definitely made a difference. She recovered from being uncomfortable almost instantly and that's not usually how that goes!! Very grateful and very impressed! Thank you!!

The first bill and appointment went fine in January. Got a bill in the mail and paid it. Went in February, and they asked for a card. (Didn't understand why, but i gave it to them anyways) The appointment went well. Waiting for insurance to figure out how much they will pay for the bill. Got a paper from insurance saying how much I owe. Then, two days later, Express Urgent care takes the bill out of my debt. No warning no papers in the mail and it didn't even match up of what the insurance told me to pay. It is not okay to take any amount of money out of their debt card without consulting with them.
