Sears Hometown Store - Closed

Yvonne was very nice an helpfull about what washer would work best for hauling water did not feel pressured to get anything also the man was very helpfull about what to do with my current washer an how to fix it wich so far has worked so thanks

My husband and I have shopped at Sears Hometown for more than a dozen years. Yvonne has always had our best interests in mind when she makes recommendations. Two days before the Labor Day weekend, our Dryer went out. We stopped by the store and Yvonne sold us one of the last two W/D sets in the store and somehow managed to have it delivered on time and before our guests arrived for the holiday weekend. I can't imagine how stressful it must be as a business owner this year, but Yvonne was friendly, patient and committed to delivering a great customer service. I believe this is our 5th or 6th appliance purchase from Yvonne and we will continue to shop for our appliances in her store.

My husband and I went in to this sears store looking for a gas heater. Yvonne told us that they did not carry gas heaters but was very kind and helpful she then went to the computer's to try to help us look on line. She did not have to do this. But we so appreciate her help. We will be back to this location when ever we need anything. Thank you Yvonne you were awsome!

It's a smaller style business, but should have more than one person ( elderly gentleman who was stuck on slow) working the store. I still will shop here for appliences and other items unique to Sears brand.
