First of all Paul Wells and his team were amazing. Got our house listed and sold in 30 hours, yes thats correct. We had a few hiccups before closing, but Paul was able to get things done for us. Thank you to Bonnie Berry for being there when Paul was called out of town. Also a shout out to Larry and Kim for stepping in on final walk thru, and helping with the final hurdle. Overall I highly recommend #1 Properties, I couldnt have asked for a better experience, and had the best Realtor in Cheyenne. Thanks Paul

Does Dave Coleman still go around and threaten to kill people? Probably biggest douchebag I've meet in last 30 years. When you family talks shit behind your back but it's justified.. 😭 😭 😭 😭
O and his wife sexually harassed me for 4+ hours at a party. Everyone thought it was funny. I couldn't stop thinking about how if it was a dude, they would 100% be in jail... Tackled, licked, dry humped, bruises on my wrist from being held down. Gross.

When people ask why you don't date any more. lmao.. kinda obvious. They had a name for it.. "The Pamela Treatment" nice you name an act of harassment.. Wasn't Zander under 18... too? eww that would be a Pedo..

How many fake 5 star reviews do you guys have? time to start reporting. Accounts with 1 review... and ZERO information..

Elizabeth Velte has been our family's go-to realtor for a few years now. She is helpful, prompt, patient, and extremely friendly. Be prepared for chitchat! Our side of the purchase went VERY smoothly. As first-time homeowners, she made the process much less intimidating. Elizabeth's involvement was so helpful and appreciated! Absolutely recommend.
