        About the worst customer service I have experienced in a while. Called multiple times to make a payment and it will never go through the automated system, never able to talk to a human being.

        Surrendered my life policy and rep told me it would take about 30 days to receive funds. Got a letter in the mail about 30 days after surrender stating they have 6 months to hold funds. Paid in for 11 years on time and now they hold my funds hostage. Just want people to know in case you were thinking about purchases a policy or cashing one out. Do business elsewhere!
