If I could give them a no star rating I would. My husband gave me an expensive new watch this Christmas (not purchased from them) so we took it in to them to get a new battery put in yesterday. When they were done I looked at the back and seen that they had gouged and scratched the back of it terribly. I brought it to their attention and all she said was well we had to get the back off. No apology was given at all and no discount was offered. I thought they were supposed to be the professionals knowing how to do a simple battery replacement without damaging an expensive item. They will never get anymore business from me.

I went in today to see if they could fix a broken necklace. This necklace was not purchased by them and I haven't done business before, so I was preparing for them to tell me they couldn't do it. To my surprise he took it in the back and within 10 minutes had it all fixed. He said there was no charge. This is how stores used to be before it turned all corporate. They were very kind, and the service was top-notch. Next time I need any jewelry needs, this will be my first stop. They just earned a customer.

Came to sell my jewelry. They said theyll just melt it down which im fine with. They under valued it for how much it was worth. I asked how many grams my 22kt gold was and it was 21.5 grams. 22kt gold per gram costs about 59.77. So if I times 21.5 grams by 59.77 it would be 1,285$. Then he just offered me $500+. Thats robbery Their jewelry is very overpriced I would not recommend going here to buy or sell jewelry. Id research how much youre gold is valued first before selling it!

Just went in for a watch battery replacement. Was in and out quickly, and the price was reasonable. Staff seemed quite friendly.
