Amazing group of people. Jim and Rachael have been working with us on making sure we get our dream house built on our dream plot of land. They are very professional and willing to work with you. I know people who have houses currently built and being built and everyone says the same thing. AMAZING. I am excited to continue our home building process with them.

Hands down best builders I have ever worked with. Very knowledgeable and helpful. They kept me up to date on every step of the process. I couldn’t be any more happier. Thank you so much guys!! Made my house a home!

Our experience with them was horrible. Rachel was very nasty and very hard to work with! We we're promised by Jim that if we needed to get out of our building contract that it would be no problem. He said "life happens." Life did happen to us and we had to move. We never got our deposit back. Just be careful if you decide to to build with them.

Highly recommend this company if you’re looking for a quality home. We had the BEST experience and so easy to work with. When issues developed, we’d meet with our builders and any concerns were resolved with ease. We’d do build again using LTH! Thank you Builder Jim, Rachel, and Hannah!
