We had interior stamped concrete in one of our rentals. Upon move-out we learned the previous tenant had left her pets to repeatedly urinate on the concrete floor. The acid in the urine ate through the existing sealant leaving it exposed which allowed it to penetrate deep into the concrete. Frank and his son's took the time to find the right solvents to remove the existing sealant, deep clean the concrete to remove the smell, then reseal it with an oil based sealant. They were knowledgeable, did great work, and were communicative throughout the process for a fair price. All of which, are hard to find these days! 28x35 patio - beautiful! McHenry & Sons did a great job from leveling and compacting the area to the final sealant application! They worked with me on price, made a special trip out to show me the stain colors & stamp samples, and explained everything as they went along. These guys understood exactly what I wanted & worked hard to create it! And bonus, they left the area even better than they found it! The Mc Henry & Sons crew was amazing. They did a two-toned stamped colored patio that turned out absolutely beautiful! Their attention to detail was impressive and I could tell they care very much about the work they do. They took the time to answer all of our questions and explain what they were going to do! I highly recommend them for your next concrete job.
