N.Bishop was very kind and professional when she came to transport my daughter. She spoke in a very calm and understanding manner to me and my wife. and our daughter stated that the emt helped calm her down when she had a panic attack in the car and was very kind and caring throughout the transport. Thank you Cheyenne AMR for having kind people to serve our City!

A wonderful team of calm professionals, I've had to call them for my job numerous times and each member has always been fantastic.

One of the EMS was very rude, a "know it all", tried to speak to me like she was a doctor knowing more about my own condition than myself and my doctors do, lady you work for EMS in Cheyenne, Wyoming, check yourself. They also balance bill after their contracted insurance payment and keep saying they are out of network even though they are clearly contracted with my insurance as explained in the remittance advice.

Konner Harues, Autumn Ringled, and Brianna Bookstaver were efficient, and professional when they came to our house. Took them little time to get here and we live South of town 6 miles. Couldn't have had better people at the time of all the STESS we were having! Thank You for all your help. The Reigenborn's.

Foreign call centers make it about impossible to figure out billing. Not based in Cheyenne so all charges are out of network. They are the only option here which means you're paying more regardless, we need a local in network option for Emergency Services.
