Worst most irresponsible Agent I have ever dealt with. They have not once in last 2 years personally answered there phone.

They got right on my claim the day after it happened just because the accident was on a sunday

I was in an online forum and had some questions about insurance. He was one of the few to answer it online, later for further follow-up, he called me, and was generous with his time and knowledge. Even though I am in VA and he is in WY , he was honest and took the time to go over my questions. He is truly someone you can trust, who will make sure what's better for you rather his own pocket, as I found out in insurance industry agents will sell you policies which are better for there pocket rather in interest of the consumer. Out of 5 stars i would give him 6.

I have a lot of issues with my insurance getting messed up and things not what I was told. On the other hand they are willing to fix the issues pretty quickly when I can get them to answer the phone.
