Grooms and Harkins have been doing our taxes for 15 years and we are very pleased with them. They are professional and timely. They are always willing to take extra time with us when we need further explanations or when we wanted to talk our way through future projections. We have used them for Financial Planning and are happy with the process and the results. This CPA firm is committed to service. I highly recommend them!

We hired Grooms & Harkins to do our taxes in 2011 and 2012 - and will not be hiring them again. We ended up with a giant tax bill both years, which is not their fault. However, after our tax bill in 2011, asked several times throughout the year how we were doing. As late as November, they told us we would likely not have a tax bill that year - or a small one - and even told us not to pay our 4Q Voucher. And then we got an even bigger bill than the prior year! When we went in to ask them to explain what happened, they were not able to explain it because "the software does everything." And, not only that, they charged us extra for the time. I've used CPAs to do my taxes my entire life, and Grooms & Harkins are the most incompetent and least professional CPAs I've ever met.
