These guys are the best. My septic system was frozen. They showed up the morning I called, pumped out the tank, and when we discovered a frozen sewer pipe, they had it open and clean in less than an hours work. Thanks!

We had a sewer issue at our home. They did a great job of finding the problem. They stayed and kept at it until, the issue was resolved. Great Job!

We had a back up in our system -- poor pipes on our side of Main Street -- and so our business was down and as all the plumbers were busy except the guys who had originally plumbed our building. But they said they didn't do old buildings anymore. Hmmmm .... When we called, Scantling was FULLY over booked but Lori said they'd find a way to fit us in ... she didn't know when so standby for the next couple of days. A couple hours later they were rolling in with their equipment through the backdoor so as not to make a mess, and in less than 1/2 hour we were up and going! They are just simply the best! Best people best business best equipment! Thanks for being there Scantlinig Plumbing!

Called to come blow out sprinklers. I’ve had this done several times by another company but decided to try this one. He came and was asking me which pipe for which area and I told him it’s just the one. I went back up to find my checkbook, I look and his truck is gone. I call and he tells me he doesn’t “want” to do the job because there is dog poo on the sidewalk and he doesnt want his hose to touch it. I’m sorry did I call you to come clean my back yard? It’s been raining and cold for days so we haven’t gotten out to pick up literally the two dog poos that were on the sidewalk. I didn’t call you to come and judge my yard cleaning skills, I called you to come blow out sprinklers. But worry not because I’ll call the people who’ve done it before without any complaints and I’ll give them my hard earned money from now on because obviously money is not something you’re interested in making. I will never call this company again. Never.
