Cant get response from staff. No information on products they sell, no returned calls.
Either no staff oversite or management don't care.
After the sale no product or maintenance support.

Had an emergency need for a mini excavator and Derek quickly identified they had a rental unit available that fit just what we needed and I was able to pick it up 15 minutes after I called. Their team is always great to work with.
