I ordered a door handle for Direct Door Hardware after speaking with a member of the consultation team. When my locksmith arrived to install the lock, he informed me that I was advised to purchase a door handle twice as expensive as what I needed. As a result I called Direct Door Hardware and they advised me to return the handle and order a new one.
After 11 days I did not receive a refund. I called direct door Hardware and they advised that the door handle was damaged and therefore they could not issue the return. They claimed they had emailed me about this, however I received zero email communication. The man I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and unwilling to help. As a result I had to contest the charge with the credit card company. Overall the experience was extremely disappointing. As someone who tries to do what is morally right and support small businesses, this definitely blew up in my face. I have never had anything like this happen to me before. Not to mention it could have been UPS that damaged the door handle due to high demands during this time. Very disappointing experience. Beware before you buy from this company.

Outstanding customer service team- very knowledgeable, answered all my questions patiently and presented the right solution. All inside sales/cust service groups should go to Direct Door for training

After falling in love with the perfect front door handle on a different website, I discovered it was out of stock. I searched and searched and finally came upon Direct Door Hardware. THANK GOODNESS!!!!! They had my new handle shipped out to me within a week and it's absolutely perfect. Thank you SO much!

The Best service I could ask for they found the door knob set I wanted with a 5 in backset made by a trusted company, at a decent price & shipped overnight. I would give 10 * if I could!!!
