Zero Stars
Not a single returned phone call or returned email in over a month. When spending this type of money on a vital piece of equipment, one would think some basic customer service support would be available. I've contacted the BBB and would encourage others to buy elsewhere.

Increased to 2.5 Stars for the early grief. Once a customer service rep contacted me they were professional, expedited my purchase and helped me pick out the best system for my office.

Was searching to see if this place was a scam. Thankfully as I read these reviews I am realizing they are just incapable. I ordered a battery pack for my business AED 20 days ago, and still not have received it. I have no tracking number, left 3 voicemails, and still have heard nothing back. Ive waited on hold for 15 minutes each time Ive called and then got sent to voicemail. What a joke. If you see this, please give me a call and my $210 back.

Working with this vendor has been a major disappointment. First, it took 77 days to receive an item that customer service said was in stock. Second, it is now over 80 days and a mistaken charge on my credit card has not been refunded. I have spent so much time contacting them about every 10 days to get things shipped and mistaken charges reversed. At this point, Im giving up on the refund and using another vendor. Whatever their staffing and shipping issues are, they need to correct if they want to keep customers, but Im done with them. ***** Update. They finally after 100 days refunded my false charges. However, today I received an additional bill in the mail for $212. I emailed back and forth 8 times today with customer support and no answer about this invoice. This is the craziest company I have ever ordered from. Please, do not do business with them.
