Love this place. Was our 1st time here and it was a little busy because it was thier Halloween weekend and laborday weekend. The workers are so nice and the manger was out and about riding his golf cart ready to help anyone that may need it. He was personable and seemed like such a great guy. They have a lot for kids to do and a bar for the adults. It is really clean including the bathroom areas. The people enjoying their time here were very friendly. My boyfriend and I drove 4 hrs to stay here to visit a friend. We are now seriously thinking of buying a place on the site :)

Their customer service and hospitality was among the greatest I've ever seen...with any company...ever! Let me explain: My wife and I drove 4+ hours from the Twin Cities with our 8-month old daughter last weekend and upon pulling into Indian Shores we heard what we thought was a flat tire on our camper trailer. We weren't even out of the truck long enough to figure out what was going on (yes it was a flat) when the staff from Indian Shores pulled up on a golf cart and offered to help us out! They had the jack, the impact drill, and despite our rental camper trailer giving us some trouble with different lug nut sizes--they got our spare tire on so that we could get situated in our campsite. Turns out the guy helping us (Jeff) was an incredibly nice guy AND he spent the majority of the time WHILE helping us ALSO coordinating other load-in/various requests from other campers via walkie-talkie with other members of his staff!! (Steve was also there--another really nice man with whom we met and who also assisted us with load-in). Honestly my wife and I were blown away by their professionalism and friendly nature. We will most certainly be coming back and most likely make it our destination for our yearly family camping trips. Thank you Jeff for being a perfect example of what hospitality and quality customer service look like!
