      image We ordered 6 subs, got day old bread, my wifes comment why is the bread so sharp? Was told if we wanted a bag, napkins or mayo that it was at the pickup and we could serve ourselves. Subs werent numbered. Was not up to the JJ standard that we expect. Probably wont be back. Also, we were the only customers in the place.

      image After a terrible experience at the Baraboo location, our family left and traveled out of our way 20 minutes to this location. It was well worth it. Customer service was so understanding of the situation and confirmed the excuse from the other location was definitely not company police as the other store had stated. Kindness and honesty go a long way!
