Mt. Olympus Resorts, Building 31

Wish i could do 0 stars, for being part of a large hotel in the dells and being charged the same as their main, you expect the same, instead you get a offsite room that has no staff except during the day, thin blankets that keep you cold all night, pillows that are so flat, dirty bathrooms with stained tub, dirty fans, beds that are full size not queen, the bunk bed we had, had a screw coming down and scraped our child, not all the doors worked with our cards, the hand sanitation stations didnt work, the elevator had broken parts. Now for the water park.. the water park has only 2 inside slides, a very small lazy river, 2 small pools to swim in. The kiddie area is nice but i cant imagine its big enough for on seasons. Not impressed at all with the indoor.

Building cleanness is sub par, asked for more towels and blankets, was told they would be brought up, never happened. With what they charge for themed room, would have expected decent beds, instead the mattresses are old stiff spring mattresses that sound like squeeky old worn out shocks from a junk car whenever you move. I am fairly sure that prison inmates sleep more comfortably. Screw is sticking out of the bottom of the upper bunk on the bunk bed that cut my child. Billing got messed up so we had to drive across town to straighten that out and it turned out it was right to begin with but they reversed out the charges by mistake and had to rerun them. Absolutely will not be staying here again and would not recommend! Seems like Mount Olympus buys up sub par hotels in the dells, does the bare minimum to renovate, if at all, and then advertises these sub par building like it is like their primary building and charges the same price for far inferior service.

There is no insulation in the walls. The noise level of inconsiderate people across the hall is deafening. It will be a second, and last night at this facility....would never recommend it to any normal prople. Abnormal people will feel at home

Not the best place to stay in the Dells, but we are making the best of it 🤷‍♀️
