        Laboratory staff performed tests without my consent and charged me for it. No surprises act was enacted 2021 for non consensual billing. Staff communication is poor, will be reporting this clinic.

        Our whole family has been going here for about ten years now. We always have a good experience and symptoms/illnesses are handled promptly and properly. It is also very convenient to not have to leave our community for routine healthcare. So glad DeForest/Windsor has their own clinic!
