      image Requested a quote for auto/home ins as military veteran...from a military website.
      Returned a call to ask questions and air some frustrations. Unfortunately, a very short conversation because Tim hung up on me. Apparently it is all about sales & $.

      Lee, you and I had an in-depth conversation regarding your situation that caused your previous cancellation, after that conversation you indicated that you did want us to follow up on the quote as it was saving you money from what you are currently paying with another carrier, that is exactly what was offered, I am sorry that the multiple accidents in a very short time by a driver in your household caused the prior cancellation, but all drivers records are considered when making these decisions.
