        I worked with Vivian on Tuesday got a beautiful ring, uncut topaz. I got it resized and today I got a call (Thursday) that it was ready :) I cant believe how fast and amazing the service is! Thank you Vivian and Mitch. I will be back. Prices are amazing also!

      Damian, we were glad you gave us the opportunity to work with you on your important engagement ring. The idea your girlfriend had hoped for had some specific design elements and looking through catalogues just wouldn’t do it justice. She not only wanted a braided design with one braid set with Diamonds but a Hidden Halo head as well which wasn’t commercially available with the braided design. Paul’s Custom design team came up with the perfect solution. We saw you smile as soon as we opened the presentation box!
