i live here and stop saying bad things about my father because i have enough problems in my family so please dont be so mean. for me this is like a five star hotel free food free transportation and fun this is also a good "father & son hotel" for maynards that is. plus comedy gold with bob maynard & noah maynard. and they have another company called energy star properties "search for it on google" it is great!!!

Dug up my 10+ year old inspection report to learn about the condition of my roof as I am considering to put on solar. Reading through again, I found it very telling that many of the things Kevin noted as inspection concerns did indeed happen over time. I then called Open Hearth to see if they wanted to come out and do another inspection, and talked to the same guy, Kevin. He was very candid and honest telling me that if my roof is 10+ years old already, and was likely put on a number of years earlier, he doesn't need to have me spend the money to have him come out and suggested I put on a new metal roof to last the length of the solar array. I didn't call him for that advice, and he's not a roofer, but he was happy to take the time and talk me through it. Very impressed with Kevin, and Open Hearth.
