I had my footlocker for over 15 years. I have 3 kids along with myself that I bought shoes for and had my account deactivated for doing so. Gaining 100 points for every dollar spent and my account standing at over 1.5M points is a lot of money spent and have it taking away from you for reason at all. Upon calling there 1-800 number they said that the FLX program is for family use ONLY! I HAVE THREE KIDS! Is that not considered a family nowadays?? Thats like paying for a house cash and the IRS comes and takes it away without reason. There reason was it was violence on my account. Entering raffles with them could be considered violence!!!!!?? IF ANYONE HAS ANY INFORMATION ON HOW TO TAKE THESE GUYS TO COUNT PLEASE COMMENT!! THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!

I paid for the 2 Business Day - Express shipping is a flat rate of $17.99 it has been more than 5 business days and the tracking update is: theyve made a label and have yet to drop it to FedEx to be shipped. Now I wished I had read all previous reviews to help avoid this unnecessary issue

Bought a pair of shoes for over $200, before they even sent a confirmation email they took the money and canceled the order. They are crooks who told me it was canceled due to card verification but if it wasnt verified why would you take the money? Idiots working in this building
