American Family Insurance - Jonnee Bauer

My wife and I had a fire at our home in February of 2023. We had never been through any kind of a disaster like this. Our basement was completely destroyed and the rest of the house suffered extensive smoke damage. Jonnee Bauer left her daughter's basketball game on a cold Friday night and appeared at our house right after the Fire Dept. allowed us in to survey the damage. In the flashlight illumination, we barely could recognize her. The first thing she assured us is that "American Family will take care of you". Her appearing and the assurance that she gave us meant a lot to us at that moment. Going through all the heartache and frustration of a fire is a very long process involving many entities.
