Terrible at getting back to patients when they are marked as urgent calls. Patient has kidney stone and a stent, started bleeding and dizzy and been waiting 24 hours for them to call me back.

If you have a child being referred to a Urologist you should confirm with both your provider and the Urology office that they will be able to manage your case before your office visit. Unfortunately, our 5 min office visit turned into a $300 bill with a referral out to Madison. Pretty sure they were simply taking advantage of our insurance coverage.

I've called them on separate days and various times of the day, I get sent to voicemail every single time. They have rescheduled my appointment more times than I can count. The front desk staff wear hoodie sweatshirts and facial piercings. The most unprofessional healthcare facility I have ever been involved with. Positive experience: when I begged for a referral to a different facility, the staff member genuinely cared. She took the time to explain why they are a hot mess, and asked what she could do to make my awful experience better.

Real friendly staff. My Dr. Asst Cassy was real informative, and kept me at ease. The staff at the front desk, and on the phones were nice too.

Horrible. I've never seen or spoke to an actual doctor. Only PAs and nurses. It's almost impossible to get through. I've spoke to their voice-mail more than the actual humans. Not knowledgeable about serious conditions. The information that you're told vs. what you get is completely opposite. I had one nurse tell me the incorrect amount of medication they were prescribing, and then another tell me they never said that?? 5 tylenol #3 for a kidney stone they deemed chronic pain. The first nurse told me it would be 10. When I called back to inquire about the amount, they said they don't treat chronic pain. So five was the right amount. I do have a chronic kidney disease. But stones are acute. So. Uneducated. And I'm honestly terrified for my surgery. Thank goodness they're pawning me off to nephrology because they're legit awful. Front desk workers were rude. Maybe one good urologist?? Update: I have left their care. Simply. Awful. Front desk messed up scheduling on more than one occasion than got angry when I wasn't available for the rescheduling they offered. These people simply don't care about their patients and I have zero time for that. If I could give them negative stars. I would.
