He thought quickly on this feet to dominate opposing counsel and charm the juror when he successfully represented me in a real estate dispute that went to trial. The courtroom is his stage and he completely owns it. I found his expertise to be money well-spent.

My lawyer blake D .doesnt call or email.shows up at court but doesnt do his job in defending his clients.my case isnt a felony or even that bad.an my lawyer Blake doesnt even try to speak on my behalf.he did tell me he sees me guilty an that Im just buying time to not go to jail.an that wasnt it all.but again he doesnt do his job.Im done with Blake D.

Attorney Duren is an incredible resource for the community. We have utilized his practice for both our real estate holdings and for his legal expertise. We repeatedly used his title company for the purchase and sale of our homes since all transactions have been effortless. Attorney Duren utilized his expansive real estate knowledge to fervently and successfully defend us in court in a real estate dispute. I have had to interact with several other attorneys in my profession and Attorney Duren is, by far, the most thorough and detailed-oriented attorney among them. We worked with Attorney Duren for 17 months on our real estate dispute and especially appreciated his directness and professionalism in helping us win our case. It is difficult not to judge the previous unreasonable Google reviews. If you want a masterclass attorney who is a genuine advocate for your case, look no further. If you are looking for warm and fuzzy, he may not be your guy, since his energy is better utilized finding a resolution for his other clients.

I hired Chris Duren to advise me on a landscaping dispute with a neighbor. I did not receive a free consultation. He charged me 1 hour of pay to review my materials, then afterwards I had a call with him. We spent about 20 mins of the 30 min paid call to clarify the situation. I found this frustrating because I already paid him 1 hour to do prep, and it felt to me like he hadn't spent the 1 hour well prior to our call. He tried a few times to offer a potential solution that was a compromise in my dispute, but I felt it overlooked the problem at hand that I had questions about. I feel like he spent too little time explaining my liability and who was at fault, which was one of the main purposes of my call. Perhaps I miscommunicated with him, but the call left me frustrated. I later hired another lawyer to advise me on the same topic, and my experience was night and day. The other lawyer gave me a free 1 hour consultation where I explained the situation and he grasped it much faster than Mr. Duren. I paid Mr. Duren about 75% of what I paid my second attorney, even though my second attorney also wrote a letter for me, a settlement agreement, among other duties. I would not recommend hiring Chris Duren. He did not seem engaged with my convoluted, but important to me, issue. EDIT: After posting this review, Chris Duren immediately mailed a letter to my home asking me to "correct any and all false public statements you have made regarding my legal consultation." I have edited the comment to be less unintentionally disparaging. I've also decided that 2 stars is more fair than 1 stars. He eventually provided me with the information I was searching for, it just felt like it should have been reached much faster.
