    I Absolutely ADORE This Pharmacy And Its Lovely, Warm, Staff!! Plus They Deliver My Prescriptions ~ Free Of Charge!! Their Service IS Exemplary And As Long As I Have Breath In My Body I Sincerely Desire To Be Their Always Satisfied, Dedicated And Happy Customer!!

    I typically go to the same pharmacy when need be but due to back order and short supply thro out multiple pharmacies after calling around this was the only one that had the weight loss injection I currently take the receptionists are unbelievably rude I let it slide the first time but there old ladys that work there are nothing but grouchy and staff are very unorganized people and like some of the other comments state they tell you to stick with them or find another pharmacy.. or tell you they do not make any money on filling certain prescriptions so going else where would be better but the minute I told them I was going to report them because they legally cant deny a prescription without cause they said never mind well fill it so you have to legally threaten to get them to do there job which is ridiculous if my skript wasnt in back order in more then 30 pharmacies I would go else where !! Worst pharmacy !! Value care needs to do better losing multiple customers isnt a good look for business!

    I just went here to pick up my prescription and they told me they do not make any money on filling my prescription. So I should go elsewhere unless I have other prescriptions to fill. My doctor set me up with this pharmacy. The two times I have been there to pick up and they have called me they were not the nicest people but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and smiled and was very nice every time I spoke with them but did not get that in return. There was definitely a better way to tell me they do not want to fill my prescription then the route they chose. I defiantly understand the need to make a profit but wow. I will be speaking with my doctor my next appointment to let him know that way he can avoid sending more patients there that will end up with the same issue. Disappointed I'm not able to help a small town pharmacy actually a really cute place.

    I am writing this review after leaving this pharmacy around June of 2022, and had been with this pharmacy for the two years prior, working with the pharmacist, Sam. He had been very pleasant to work with, but a new pharmacist who stepped in for him in spring of 2022 wasn't nearly as pleasant and definitely not as helpful. I am still not exactly sure why she could no longer obtain my medication, but all I had to do was transfer to my local grocery store pharmacy and I haven't had any problems since then. Even if a prescription is no longer available for a pharmacy to order, it wouldn't mean that the patient is suddenly free from needing the medication. The information available to figure out where to go to find your medication is far more readily available to pharmacists over customers, but I was perplexed why the pharmacist wasn't interested in helping me find out how to obtain it. This medication is now somewhat controversial, but needed for the last 30 years to stabilize a co-morbid condition that I live with. Basically, as a customer, I felt that my medical needs weren't her priority, and it took many, many phone calls and unnecessary stress to get her to figure out the 'why' and then share that information with me. It just seems that it shouldn't have been on the patient to figure out the solution, when it's the pharmacist that has easy access to accurate information. They did not have issues refilling my other regular medications, but I transferred to ValueCare expecting the same level of care I had received at Hometown pharmacy in Sun Prairie. While the level of care that I had while working with Sam was on-par, his replacement was ultimately uninterested in helping me continue on a medication which I have been stable on for 30 years. If I had not been a pest and kept at her for what the solution was going to be, I don't think that I would have found the answer on my own. If you don't take any medications that someone might find controversial, this is a good pharmacy where you can be known as a name, and not just a number. I would avoid this place otherwise. No drive-thru here, if that's important for you. They do have a cute gift shop!
