Terribly disappointed with Nicole at Stowell. First interactions were good with lots of promises. As time went on, and to be fair due to the lack of employees available , their services became more limited. Nicole promised to help my in finding other services that might be able to help me. She did not follow thru with that, nor did she pass than along to someone who could, if she was unable. Consider another place for help with your loved one. Someone who cares.
Stowell Associates did reach out to see how we could resolve the problem. They did offer a solution that will work. Apparently it was a communications problem, but Im happy they contacted me and offered a solution that I believe will work.
