Total lack of integrity and they could care less if the put people in a bad spot. Had talked with them months ago about doing the concrete around a pool I am having put in. Was given a price quote, and am now a week away from being ready for the concrete to be installed. I get a revised quote because the first one didnt include everything that is necessary. I inform them that the initial quote was misleading, and they tell me they wont be doing my job. Told me via email and didnt bother returning my phone call or email about the issue. A week before I need it, and in todays environment I am now out of luck until September or October. This review likely means nothing to them, but if anyone reads this avoid Beaudry if you care at all about them honoring quotes they give or integrity in general. Now my kids get to look at a completed pool all summer without being able to swim in it because of not having a proper patio, I cant get my driveway in, and cant do landscaping. Beaudry managed to singlehandedly negatively impact my schedule and force me to cancel with 3 other contractors because they up and decided they didnt like her fact that I was concerned they lied about their pricing or that they jacked up their price because they felt they could. Just shameful.

I called today 9/10/19, asked for the fax #.  Her response was "Why".  I explained I need to send over something to her payroll dept.  She asked what it was.  I said a garnishment extention for an employee.  She literally said "If you don't tell me who its for, then Im not giving you the #"  LITERALLY SAID THAT TO SOMEONE WHO CALLED YOUR PLACE OF BUSINESS.   I told her it was a privacy issue, wouldn't give it to me.  Told her who it was for and she rattled it off so fast, which I wrote down immediately and hung up.  She is RUDE.  She is UNPROFESSIONAL.  She is SNOTTY.  She is NOT a good employee and by no means should she be answering the phones.  I suggest either getting rid of this chick or teach her how to answer the phones professionally.  Also...........for the record.  The garnishment extention that I faxed over to your business had a note on it stating all of this.  So if its not turned into the payroll dept, she took it, covered it, etc.Great employee {sarcasm}
