The stress of dealing with this shop was worse than getting into the fender bender itself. My car was late being finished at least twice. And more importantly, the rental car bill Jim agreed to pay, that he advertises they will pay, went unpaid.
After communicating to him multiple times the bill still needed attention, and Jim promising to still pay it multiple times, I finally ran out of patience. The bill was seven months past due. The rental company threatened to go to collections. The buck stops with the user. So I paid.
The owner, Jim, is passive non-compliant. He claims he is going to help, and never does. I traveled to the shop on the days and times my car was promised, only to be told it wasn't ready, at least twice.
The lying and the tardiness have lead to my first and hopefully only negative google review. Congratulations AutoVisions.
