After trying about 4-5 other plumbers that were booked for weeks or just didn't answer, I tried Jeff's Custom Care...they were next on the list. I explained the situation with my clogged drain, all of the steps (there were a lot) that I took to try and fix the issue myself, and details on what I thought could be the issue. We spent the next several minutes going through even more steps over the phone. Eventually I got it going myself. At minimum, they could have come out for a service charge, but they did this over the phone and were happy to help. This review is just a small token of gratitude. We'll use them in the future and will always recommend to family and friends. Thank you again!

I had a need to call Jeff after discovering a cracked T fitting off my main well water inlet. He was very accommodating to my time, was able to perform the worked needed correctly the first time, and finished in timely manner. He was knowledgeable, and took some time to teach me a few things. I'll keep his card handy for any future plumbing needs. Service: Repair pipe
