        I had to put in 2 claims on my insurance and had no idea how long it would take or what the process was. One phone call put everything in motion and the customer service was outstanding. I feel like State Farm made the situation that could have been stressful and dragged out so easy! Just like their tag line State Farm is there!

        If youre looking for over priced insurance with extremely poor service and support, youve found the right place. Go somewhere, anywhere else if you want people to actually answer the phone, return phone calls, or provide quality policies at a reasonable price.
