Baymont Inn & Suites Waterford/Burlington WI

We booked off a block of rooms for our wedding in September of 2023, due to that being the only option in the area. The manager is VERY hard to reach and when you do get to talk to him, he is hardly any help at all and is very short with his answers. The receptionist is no help as all either. Trying to finalize details with them before the wedding was a joke. It was such a pain working with him and the receptionist that I would recommend that nobody try to reserve a block for their wedding.

Well first we booked a room that was supposed to have two double beds and a pull out couch, we didn't get the couch so one of the adults had to sleep on the floor. Next the curtains were stained, the pool was cold and didn't even have the lights on plus the hot tub didn't work. There were only four towels on the rack and were not allowed to take them out of the pool room. They say they offer breakfast yet the lights again were off and there was nothing put out for eating. There was no one at the desk. Oh and I booked for a 10 o'clock check in but when we arrived the were insistent an not checking us in until 3pm.

Our daughter had many bites, that our doctor diagnosed as from bed bugs, and attributable to her overnight stay this hotel.
