        Nature Nooks Retreat is a stunningly beautiful spot with easy access to hiking, fishing, kayaking, tubing--a great value for groups or individuals.

        Beautiful land restoration and scenery all around. Cabin is cozy and amazing, though those with limited mobility may have trouble getting up the ladder to the sleeping floor. Looking forward to returning in the warmer months to hike the trails, paddle the Kickapoo and swim!

        Nature Nooks Retreat is perfect for family gatherings!! My family shared the space with my siblings' families and parents for my daughter's wedding. It was absolutely perfect! Each family had their own space to sleep and just be as needed. My family stayed in The Barn. It is lovely and quaint. It hosts everything we would ever need. The Lodge is bright and well planned out to sleep 12 plus without being on top of each other. The Kinship Place was perfect for all to gather. It is a gorgeous, spacious, bright, fully stocked kitchen etc., all looking out on the beautiful bluffs, river, trees, birds, flowers, prairie....breathtaking. Pam was gracious to offer a tour of the gorgeous land and the use of the kayaks and tubes to float down their lazy river. The sounds of Nature...the views...all breathtaking. A nightly bonfire under the bright starry skies.... WE WILL BE BACK Thank you!

      Thanks so much, Toby! We look forward to seeing you again at Little Barn Cabin here at Nature Nooks. Good thing we also have Kinship Place, which is handicap accessible, and the Lodge, which has standard stairs and a bathroom on both levels. :)
