        Made appointment to be seeing for counsuling 4 months prior. Was called by office a day before appointment that the "provider" I would be seeing does not do counsuling only med management. Whats wrong with this picture!!! Not the Aurora I'm used to. Now I will be waiting another 4 months to be seeing. They always say "reach out for help, we are here for you" Missed the bullseye on this one.

        I have no idea of how they treat you as I have yet to have an appointment or even an update as to how close "my turn" is. Everywhere you look there are ads to get mental health care if you need it. Well you better know a year in advance of needing it because you will wait MONTHS before getting any hope to even make an appointment never mind being seen!
