Working with Ben was a pleasure; he and Ann are both very friendly, down to earth, and responsive in communication. When Ben and I walked some land after a snowfall, he used his forestry knowledge to point out a shift in types of tree species and what we could infer about the underlying soil conditions. Not everyone knows those details and things like that can give Ben and his clients an edge. I appreciated their patience with my questions as an inexperienced buyer and would be quick to recommend them or work with them again. Thanks guys!
