We had this company come out and replace some drywall.
Mark, the owner returned my call within one day, came out to give a bid exactly when he said he would be there, and I was able to schedule work within two weeks. The crew who was supposed to come showed up RIGHT ON TIME!!! This was a shock, and a pleasant surprise. They got the work done and the next person in the process also came that day. The last part of the process (texturizing?) was supposed to happen the following day, however he called me to say that he wouldn't be able to come. He said that he would make it in the next day. HE REALLY showed up!!!
I have had more than ten poor experiences here in Tomah with different people who promise to either give a bid, show up to work, or finish a job.....
Why is it that so many contractors act as if they are doing you a favor if they show up, and then come up with the lame reason that THEY were busy?? If you have had this experience and are wary of contractors, then call this company. The walls look great and once the painter comes through, the work will be undetectable!
OH - and I got the invoice today .... it was almost exactly what the bid was!!! VERY Satisfied!
