Integrated home inspections provided an amazingly thurough inspection of a home I recently purchased. Mark the inspector was VERY polite, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. The report he created covered so much of the house I'm highly impressed he was able to get so much done in the hours he was in the home, even as my kid, who had many questions that Mark politely answered. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone looking to have an inspection done. Thank you!

The inspector did not have correct knowledge of so called issue with the roof. Meaning, he didn't even know what code or municipality applied. He also left our oven on. This company also does radon testing and mitigation fan installs. The inspector placed the tester on our chest freezer and since we aren't supposed to move that during the test we were unable to reach our frozen food for dinner that night. Another issue the "inspector" had was with our service line for power to our house and the connectors that were used. WE Energies came out and stayed nothing was wrong with the way they were connected. They seem to be one of the cheaper companies that provides inspections and we can tell why.

Mark’s inspection was extremely thorough. I especially liked the format of the report he provided. Mark is very knowledgeable and informative. Great experience. Zero complaints.
