AMAZING service and beautiful arrangement. We needed an unexpected bouquet delivered same day and boy did they deliver!!! The woman who answered the phone (sadly I forgot her name) was so kind and helpful. The particular flower we wanted was out of stock but she recommended a gorgeous replacement. The arrangement was so beautiful and meant so much to our friend. We will definitely be using you for our future floral needs! Thank you!

Sussex Country Floral has been operating in Sussex for 20 years, and they deserve the 5-star reviews given by the legitimate reviewers. I've used them many times, over years, and the ridiculous complaints couldn't be further from the truth.Aracelys Torres and Wilma Rojas are fake Google accounts created by a competitor called "Best Floral" in Waukesha. False information.I am also privy to the entire situation with this Jason person.Nicki Knutson, Momo The Great, Collin Gillen, Rachel Gillen, Jen Dawn, Renee G were never customers of Sussex Country Floral. They are all "piling on" fake reviews to help their family member Jason.Jason is the actual customer and his complaint is full of incorrect information. The entire complaint is full of exaggeration. He purposely eliminates facts, and outright lies in several statements. He was fully aware that his order would be delayed because the store was waiting for product.What actually happened is that his partner (the recipient) didn't like that he spent so much, so they tried to help him get money back. The recipient tried to make the item look bad by removing product, and then had their friends create fake reviews.This Jason is an "angry type" that thinks yelling at people fixes things. The florist did literally nothing wrong. He spent so much time shouting down the florists that he didn't listen to what they said. Then he foolishly went to the BBB.The BBB did nothing to help Jason, because he provided false information. It's a matter of public record that anybody can view. The BBB found out that the store had photo proof that the recipient removed product from the arrangement, after they received it.

We are a full-service florist, which means we provide services that one won't find when shopping the grocery or convenience stores. Weddings and wedding receptions, funerals and casket arrangements, retirement parties, and other large events are just a part of what we can do.

We maintain an inventory of fresh flowers, plants, dish gardens, and baskets, but if we don't have it today? We can get it!

We have a variety of silk and dried floral available and can include a variety of furry creatures, balloons, candy, and fruit. Please note that fruit baskets require 24 hour notice, so that we can ensure the product is as fresh as possible!
