Terrible place to live. Raised rent $100 for maintenance yet any time you need anything maintenance related done its impossible. I put in a request over a heat/ac issue(that caused my energy bill to jump $100) in june 4 months later still not fixed. I have called countless times and gone up to their office building twice. When my toilet wasnt working it took them a week to fix. If you call they dont answer or dont reply to voice mails. They just dont care. Would give zero stars if i could

I had to cuss out that one B- landlord to get maintenance BECAUSE THEY PUT THE GARBAGE DISPOSAL ON BACKWARDS AND WE COULDN'T USE OUR SINK. OUR HEAT IS STILL BROKEN. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

Terrible management. Nobody answers the phone for maintenance requests. Our heater does not turn off unless we flip the breaker and its the middle of summer! Our bill was tremendous this month.

Sink disposal doesn't work. Mgmt won't replace it. Just fix the leak. Disposals aren't in the budget. Construction without any notice. Night shift beware. They don't care if you have to sleep. They need in your apartment now. Slum lords. My dish washer hasn't worked in years. They still won't fix it. Everybody hates the new landlords. Everything is getting cheap and they shew you any way they can. Don't live here. You will regret it. I've been here 9 years and it's really changed allot over the last 10 months. Update... being evicted.. no reason given. They want to raise rent so all the old tenants are being forced out. Repeat stay away. Tell your friends.
