        The personal service and the absolute thoroughness of Nichole, the owner, is second to none. As first time travelers, we didnt know where to start. But - thankfully, they do! This is the third summer (COVID) our vacation has been planned and each time, all-year, weve received excellent communication and knew exactly what was happening. She saved our skin by helping us ensure our plans were protected, we didnt lose a dime. In fact, we got some upgrades! She knows all the deals and the extras! I highly recommend Travel by Horizon. I wouldnt think of going elsewhere for our next vacation.

        I almost always contact them with my travel queries. The service is always fast and excellent. Im always happy to call because the conversation is friendly and now we are on a first name basis. I send my parents and friends with their plans. Totally recommended and worth a check in.
