        I've heard so many good things about Guadalajara. My family and I went about 2 years ago during covid and wasn't impressed. We gave it another shot. We ordered an array of different Mexican items. The tacos were soggy and I looked and there was NO seasoning on the meat. It just looked like browned hamburger. My husband ordered the chili relleno and it was certainly not a chili relleno. We gave it another chance but will not be back.
