I ordered the deluxe Telefloras beautiful heart bouquet for $89.99. I currently live in FL and my family member picked up the bouquet for us to bring to a funeral for a loved one. When she sent me the picture I could see right away they hardly put any flowers on it, especially since I paid extra for the deluxe for it to be more full. When I called the shop the lady wouldnt let me talk to a manager or an owner, said she would write my name down even though I ordered online and she already had it. Highly disappointed with the customer service, along with product and quality that was given. She asked me to bring it back from the funeral and they would put more flowers on it. Lol I dont even know how to respond to that. She wouldnt give me a partial refund and said they simply didnt have the flowers to put on there, I asked why they couldnt add another kind and she said she doesnt know they just dont have the type that was supposed to be on it, that it was out of season. I spent $100 and got half of what I ordered. If you like disappointment and an embarrassing display of flowers then Artistic florals by Leslie is for you!

I live out of state and needed flowers for a celebration of life. When I called they were very compassionate and made me feel well taken care of. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful! Thank you for caring!

The associate who helped me was kind, courteous, and very helpful. They took the time to explain how to care for my plants. I will go back there again.

First of all, I don't know jack about flowers. So I ordered from this place because a couple people recommended it. I never saw the flowers in person, but I heard they were amazing and I did see a picture...what a huge unit. My aunt and my mom and the rest of my aunt's friends were blown away. I made an order one morning to be delivered the same afternoon, and the lovely woman who called me during the day to discuss the set up cared and genuinely wanted to make sure I was ok with what they were putting together. (I wish I had gotten her name...perhaps I did, but my memory is trash, and I feel bad about that). She even sent me a message on facebook to let me know they arrived. What a cool place...above and beyond. But next time, which might be sooner rather than later, I'm just going to give them a rough idea of what I want to spend and have them make the choice, they know their stuff. She was naming flowers and using terms I had never heard before...haha. Awesome place, awesome people, and they made me look like a sweetheart and a gentleman (both of which I'm certainly not). Thanks folks, heart y'all
