Unprofessional, childish behavior with her customers, and quick to react negatively. There are plenty of other salons to support locally.

Rude to people in customer service. I was a customer shopping for gifts and the owner of this business was screaming at the poor girl working in retail. I only knew about this business because she kept bringing up her salon and threatening to physically harm the girl working. If you are making a public display of yourself, you probably shouldnt be talking about your business loudly while threatening to physically assault workers. After this public display I would never recommend anyone to support this owner (Lena) or her salon.

I had the most amazing experience with Ms Lena she was super professional and catering to my needs I loved my haircut I will definitely visit again the shop is very warm and inviting beautiful decor I would gladly give my referral to anyone Ms Lena definitely delivers I will give Ms Lena 5 stars hands down
