Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

I ordered a pick up order and sent my husband to pick up the order at 640 20 mins before closing. He was told they are closed. I called confused as it was not canceled and I received no phone call. The gentleman said they are closed because they have no customers so theyre closing early and that they tried contacting me which is so wrogn. Not really sure why this place is even open if thats the customer service youre providing.

We ordered a pizza/cheese bread combo Friday evening. As we got home we realized part of the order was missing. After calling the restaurant for a refund, the store manager claimed they closed 20min early and couldn't issue the refund. Upon trying again today to get the refund and the item we didn't get we were told it would take 7-10 business days to reach out to store owners and issue a refund. Store manager refused to cooperate.

I purchased a pizza from Papa Murphys and the pan started on fire in my oven. Upon returning to the store with the burnt pizza, as their management requested, I was told it was not their error, and that it must have been my fault that I cooked the pizza at too high temperature, or my oven was dirty -neither of which is true. They refused to refund me or remake the pizza. I do not recommend this Papa Murphys location, unless you like being of accused of being wrong and that the fire that erupted in your oven was your own fault.

Salad which was ordered with pizza wasn't ready so we had to wait for the order. Cardonal principle: No one apologized. No one said thanks for waiting. The last thing I asked the young kid who was making it was if all the ingredients were on the salad. He said oh yeah i got it. We got home to find it lacked black olives and sun dried tomatoes. When I called the manager I got a bunch of excuses about young help not knowing how to make menu items. No offer for gift card for a future visit. That's our last trip to this papa Murphy location.

We have been to this location several times and have had numerous issues. The most recent...paid for a family sized stuffed, received only a 14" with very little toppings. Go elsewhere.
