      image This is not the business it was five years ago. Their billing process feels like an insurance racket (charging a full amount before a procedure to have on your account, then taking what they need after insurance pays, then insisting to keep a credit on your account for future visits; or, fixing a bill to reflect a higher cost for service if there is more than one insurance involved). Maybe this is just par for the course when it comes to these kind of establishments, but I would highly recommend getting a second opinion elsewhere before letting these condescending vultures in your mouth.
