I have used Connerstone Restoration twice over the last 2 years. The first time to tuck point a 90 year old brick house where we have been fighting leaks for over 10 years. I call Connerstone. Kyle came out identified an number of place where the leak potential was coming from. Since tuck pointing we have not experienced any leaks. We called them back to tuck point and spray seal a portion off the old school. Once again leaks have not returned. Kyle and team were very professional, completed work on time and left the work area clean

Cornerstone Restoration did an excellent job at updating the entrance to our building! Our cement stairs were in terrible shape. Cornerstone created a beautiful new two-tier terrace and poured new concrete stairs. Now the building looks more inviting and green. Cornerstone was easy to communicate with throughout the entire project. The workers were professional and they completed the project as quoted and on time. We would definitely work with them again.

I called Cornerstone Restoration and explained that I needed someone to give me an estimate on a chimney liner and have it placed within the next 2 weeks, as my house was being sold in that time frame. I said, if the 2 week time frame is not going to be possible, please let me know and I will continue calling other companies. I was told that it would be possible. I scheduled an estimate on the following Monday. On Tuesday, I called and spoke with Curtis who seemed confused about what house I was talking about, and honestly, it seemed like nobody actually went to the house (they assured me that they did not need to get inside the house, and they could just look from the rooftop). After a few minutes, Curtis said he knew what house I was talking about and that he had someone take a look and they were still working on the estimate. I was told I would have it by the end of the day the following day (which would be Wednesday). I gave them the rest of the week, but never heard from them... I called again the following Monday, left a message. Called again Tuesday, left a message. Finally, Curtis called me back and said they are working on the estimate, and I should have it by the end of the following day (which would be Wednesday). I told him I was promised it would be done last Wednesday..... He then assured me he would get it taken care of and would send it via email overnight. Now, it is Friday and I still haven't heard from this company or received the estimate. I had to move the closing date back because I was supposed to have all of this work done, that I was assured would be possible in the 2 week time frame. If the company couldn't do the work in the 2 weeks, like I inquired about in the first place, they should have just told me. I could have gotten a different company on board and wouldn't have lost out on selling my house on time... I will never recommend this company.
