        Service is questionable. On 2 different visits I had to wait 40 minutes and 20 minutes after my appointment times to be served. It took 4 visits to get proper settings. Audiologist did not explain what programs were available. I had to ask for tele-coil to be installed. Bottom line - I was not impressed.

        Everything about the appointment was fine. Im still adjusting to the hearing aides, and might rate my experience higher in the future as I become more comfortable using them.
